Automatable process prioritizer
Add two to five processes, score each on five dimensions and I return the order in which to start, with each one's strength and weak spot and the concrete first step for the top pick. It ranks priority; it doesn't promise savings: return is estimated process by process.
Score each process from 1 to 5 on the five dimensions. 1 = low pole, 5 = high pole. The more honest the score, the more useful the diagnosis.
| Process | Volume few cases → many cases/month | Rules in people's heads → documented | Exceptions unpredictable → typifiable | Measurable result fuzzy → measurable | Business proximity far → revenue/margin/service | Remove |

This orders where to start; it does not estimate savings. The score is priority, not return: return is estimated process by process, with your data and real volume, when the operation is mapped.
