Subscribing to SaaS
- You rent a tool. The vendor maintains it, but your team still does the work inside it.
- Your team rolls it out, learns it and runs it every day.
- You pay per seat or per use, whether you get value from it or not.
- The vendor answers for the software being available, not for your process getting done.
- The vendor improves its product for all its customers. Your specific process only improves if your team works on it.
Contracting the service
- You contract the execution of the process. Your team steps in where agreed, to initiate, approve or validate, not to run a tool every day.
- Our agents do the work and deliver the result. Cases outside the limits escalate to the people you choose.
- You pay for the operation you receive, with service levels on the outcome.
- We answer for the process getting done, not just for the software running.
- Every run leaves metrics on quality, cost, time and exceptions. We use them to keep improving your process.
We define the work, its inputs, rules, exceptions, owners and outcome. The result is the client’s operating architecture; technology comes afterwards.
We connect Arkatai to the client’s sources and systems. We configure identities, permissions, controls, escalation paths and the evaluations required for production.
The workforce executes the process with traceability. People retain agreed decision points and receive cases that fall outside defined limits.
We maintain agents, evaluations and integrations. We select the right model for each task and replace it when the balance of quality, cost, latency or risk changes. FDEs incorporate business changes.
Arkatai remains our software and our technical responsibility. The client does not receive a platform it must update; it contracts the operating capability that platform delivers.
The client owns the specific architecture: process, rules, exceptions, controls, data contracts, integration specifications and evaluation criteria. At contract end we provide the current version together with its data, results and traces in the agreed formats. The client can take it to another implementer or use it to build its own software; the Arkatai platform and source code do not transfer.
